Middle/Senior Java Developer
We are looking for engaged, curious and collaborative Java Developer who wants to take part in the digital transformation of Payment international team in MasterCard.
The project focused on integrating our existing application portfolio to Mastercard infrastructure and standards. We do application upgrades but not much new coding as such.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop state-of-the-art applications using the latest technology available
- Work with leading industry and domain experts, product managers, development team in finance sector
- Participate in information modelling and architectural decisions
- Deliver high quality code
- Be part of a newly launched product
- Adapting existing application to:
- new security standards/tools
- new library versions
- new portal frameworks
- new standards for logging/monitoring - Visit office twice a month
Professional requirements:
- Professional experience in Java, Microservices, Good knowledge of Spring +3 years
- Experience with Oracle
- Knowledge of Gitlab, Jira, Confluence
- Experience with integration
- Building and constantly improving CI/CD processes, IT security
- English: Upper Intermediate or higher. You must be able to talk to Norwegian management directly
Be a plus:
- Experience with Logging/Monitoring (Splank)
- Experience working within Agile environment
- Experience with Encryption
