We have ambition to grow still further over the next 3 years and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Business Controller who will perform sales forecasting, provide data-driven insights to the management for better decision making, and continue data-driven culture implementation.

As a Business Controller you will be a part of cross-country Sales department and will cooperate daily with Norwegian, Ukrainian, and Slovak colleagues to enable even more efficient operations and support company's growth ambition.

  • Be able to envision and understand how data can be visualized, utilized, and interpreted by business and multiple stakeholders.
  • Has great communication skills and be able to work in close collaboration with many stakeholders across borders.
  • Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Finance.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing/data analytics and/or management accounting and/or finance controlling.
  • Solid understanding of reports, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, KPIs.
  • Has experience in selecting, implementing, and managing sales, or finance automation tools.
  • Experience in preparing requirements and specifications for developers in case if needed.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher level.

 

Would be a plus:

  • Advanced user of Power BI.

 

What we expect from you (Tasks and responsibilities, expected behavior):

Sales Operations

  • Perform sales forecasting and take overall responsibility for forecast quality.
  • Design and create sales reports for management and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to budgeting process, supporting finance team with sales data within budgeting process.
  • Participate in rate card development and provide input for rate card development and maintenance.

Data & Analytics

  • Provide data and information for management per request
  • Provide guidance to Power BI experts on dashboards view
  • Design and build new automation around key performance metrics
  • Maintain existing Power BI reports
  • Ensure data quality control in internal systems and solution provided by Sales and Delivery organization
  • Present and track sales progress on set targets and KPIs

Organizational & business development

  • Contribute to Growth Model development and maintenance.
  • Advice Sales organization on implementing relevant KPIs that will help to fulfill the forecast.
