Data Processing Regions
Itera, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, provides IT consulting and management services to customers. We operate through a network of local offices and partner with external contractors to deliver high-quality services. To ensure data privacy and security, we have implemented Binding Corporate Rules for Processors (BCR/P) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers to our Ukraine office. We also utilize services from industry leaders located in various locations.
Customers can select an appropriate data processing region based on needs and legal requirements. Below are the details of our data processing regions

Itera ensures that data transfer only takes place to the extent necessary to and permitted pursuant to the recommendations from the European Data Protection Board (Recommendation 01/2020) and the Schrems II ruling of 07/2021. Itera has implemented additional technical and organizational measures as set out in the recommendations.
The implemented measures are Binding Corporate Rules for Processors and Standard Contractual Clauses, as mandated by the GDPR.
