Reports and presentations

Itera announces its quarterly presentations both through Oslo Stock Exchange and on the Company's website. The reports are presented by CEO Arne Mjøs and CFO Bjarte Petersen, and take place in Oslo. All presentations start at 8.30 a.m, and can be followed through a webcast. Please consult the financial calendar for coming presentations. Please note that the Company reserves the right to change dates.

Board of Directors

Morten Thorkildsen

Morten Thorkildsen

Chairman of the board

Morten Thorkildsen has an extensive background in the IT industry, with positions – among others – as Country General Manager of IBM.

Morten is currently board member of Oslo University Hospital and chairman of the board of MBI Healthcare Technologies in the UK (a DNV company).

He has held various board positions, including full-time engagement as chairman of the board of Sykehuspartner HF, Board member of Data Respons ASA, chairman of the Norwegian Computer Society, and board member of ICT Norway.

He currently runs his own management consulting company, focusing on digital health, cyber and defence.

Morten holds an MBA degree from Handelshøyskolen BI (Norwegian Business School) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Organisation from the Heriott-Watt University.

Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø is former EVP & CFO at Kongsberg Gruppen ASA and also holds board positions at KID, Flytoget, Patria, Opplysningen 1881 and Kongsberg Teknologipark.

She has previously held the position as CFO in Telenor Digital Businesses, Telenor Norge, Opplysningen 1881, Komplett Group and Reiten & Co. Prior to the CFO positions, Gyrid worked for eight years in KPMG and a few years in Nordea.

Gyrid holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

Henrik Tang Hedegaard

Henrik Tang Hedegaard is an experienced international executive who has held multiple senior leadership positions at IBM over a career spanning two decades. Most recently, he served as Chairman of the Board and Group Executive for IBM Nordic, where he held full P&L responsibility for IBM’s hardware, software and services businesses across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland.

Throughout his tenure at IBM, Henrik held several key international roles with Nordic, European, and global responsibilities. These included global leadership of IBM’s IT Services business and EMEA-wide responsibility for IBM’s WebSphere software division.

Henrik holds a master’s degree in Economics (Cand.Oecon) from Aarhus University and has most recently completed the Executive Board Program at Copenhagen Business School.

He is considered independent of the company’s management, employees, and major shareholders.

Åshild Hanne Larsen

Åshild Hanne Larsen (1968) has a Master of Business Administration from Herriot-Watt University in Scotland, UK; a Master in language and pedagogy from Universität Bielefeld in Germany, and has recently completed the Executive Board Program at INSEAD in France. She is also chairman of the International School of Stavanger and Frøya Ventures AS.

Larsen has broad leadership experience from various professional and leading positions in Equinor ASA, including director positions within personnel and organization, information technology and most recently from Subsurface where she currently leads the Excellence & Digital unit.

Åshild Hanne Larsen is independent in relation to senior employees and major shareholders.

Per Haakon Lomsdalen

Member of the board

Per Haakon Lomsdalen (1973) holds a Master of Science degree from BI Norwegian Business School.

He has extensive executive leadership experience from the technology, software, data, and information services industries and has held senior positions in both Norwegian and international companies.

Lomsdalen is Group Chief Executive Officer of Spir Group ASA and serves as Chairman of Ambita, Boligmappa, and Metria AB. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Itera ASA.

Prior to joining Spir Group, Lomsdalen built a long career within the technology sector, including leadership roles in software, information management, and digital businesses. He has broad experience in business development, sales leadership, digital transformation, and data-driven services, with a particular focus on creating value through technology and innovative business models.

Jessica Carlsson has extensive leadership experience from the technology and telecommunications industries, including more than a decade at Telenor with responsibilities spanning operations, process improvement, people leadership, recruitment, and competence development.

Carlsson is Head of Architecture at Itera, where she leads the architecture discipline and helps organizations create sustainable digital solutions.

Throughout her career, she has combined operational and strategic leadership with a strong focus on organizational development, team performance, and change management. She is recognized for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous learning.

Andreas has worked at Itera since 2021 as a business consultant and project manager in Itera Digital. He has worked across many different industries, assisting our customers in utilizing technology and data to create concrete business results.

Andreas holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), majoring in Business Analysis and Performance Management.
