Itera hires Taras Tovstiak as Director of Central Europe

As part of Itera’s ambitious growth journey, we have hired Taras Tovstiak as our new Director of Central Europe. Itera has good profitable and fast growth in our operations in Central Europe. With Taras on board, this will accelerate further and faster.  

Taras Tovstiak (43) joined Itera on 2nd January 2023, in the role of Director of Central Europe. He will be leading our operations in Central Europe (Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Poland) to continue our fast growth, build and strengthen our customer-centric organisation, ensure high employee engagement and competence development, and also support the growth of Itera. He is currently located in Krakow, Poland.

Background

Taras Tovstiak has more than 20 years of professional experience, and prior to joining Itera, he worked 20 years for ELEKS. During his career in IT, he has filled several roles. He started as an expert in electrical power engineering, and then joined the software development team. After that, he had management roles.

His last role in ELEKS was as Customer Success Director of DACH (Deutschland-D, Austria-A and Switzerland-CH) and Nordic Business Units. He also has experience in co-founding a product start-up within ELEKS, and recently initiated energy product acquisition for the company.
