UX/UI Designer
Itera is looking for a UX/UI Designer who will work on the project for the biggest Icelandic bank.
Your team will cooperate directly with Icelandic designers to develop the design for the web solutions.
We are looking for an open-minded person, who is passionate about continuous self-development and can solve challenging tasks by himself.
Vaccination is needed for initial kick-off on customer’s side in Island.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Extrapolating product vision as a synthesis of user needs and business goals
- Conducting Kick off meetings with customers
- Documenting client requirements on initial phases of project
- Make precise estimations
- Make and deliver POC
- Make and deliver UX Artifacts (such as personas, scenarios, journey maps, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes) that matches with project needs
- Design low — high fidelity wireframes and prototypes
- Validate and evaluate your ideas with stakeholders and users
- Work independently and as part of the design team
- Participating in design workshops
- Experience Icelandic humor and way of living
Professional requirements:
- 2+ years experience working as UI/UX designer
- A strong portfolio with relevant digital product design examples
- Experience creating and controlling libraries and Style Guide
- Excellent skills in Figma: work with components, styles, auto layouts, etc.
- High level of responsibility and loyalty
- Experience of direct communication with a customer
- High-level understanding of front-end development
- English: Upper-Intermediate
Be a plus:
- Experience with Sketch
- Visual Design skills will be a plus
- Experience in conducting workshops with stakeholders will be a plus
