Itera selected as the digitalisation partner for Gjensidige

Gjensidige has entered into a new framework agreement with Itera, which will continue to be their strategic partner in digitalisation and design. The agreement lasts for three years with automatic renewal, thus keeping Gjensidige as one of Itera's largest customers.

During this period, Gjensidige has achieved significant progress in digitalisation and automation, especially in the Nordic market. Gjensidige has among other things focused on efficient claims processing and automated sales processes, which have reduced operating costs. The company has also improved the customer experience through its mobile app and online platform and is among the most advanced when it comes to digital sales services in Norway.
